This fellowship will last up to one year, and consist of practical experience and didactic lessons on the conduct of clinical trials. Clinical work will consist of hands-on running of studies in the Lilly-NUS Clinical Research Unit (currently performing 12-15 studies a year). The fellow will also learn the methodology required to conduct clinical research through self-learning materials, 1:1 mentorship and other didactic sessions.

Clinicians who have a minimum of general professional training are welcomed. Specialty training completion preferred, with a higher medical qualification (e.g. M. Medicine, MRCP). All candidates must have SMC registration. Candidates who are already established in academic medicine and desire to change career tracks to clinical research are also encouraged to apply. Up to 2 candidates per year will be accepted into the programme.
