Events : Appetite, food preference and metabolism: An Asian perspective

This year, we are proud to present the inaugural symposium jointly organized by the prestigious Monell Chemical Senses Center, USA, and the interdisciplinary Singapore Institute for Clinical Sciences.  This symposium will showcase a variety of speakers from both academia and industry, journeying from basic chemosensory mechanisms and our increasing awareness of taste perception on human health, to perspectives on how the rich and varied Asian food culture impacts our health and food product development alike.

Join us for an intriguing series of talks and opportunities to mingle with researchers in the larger food science, nutrition and metabolism fields. Feed your desire to know more about the fundamental biology governing our daily nutritional choices.

Attendance at this symposium is free.
