To take care of all non-scientific matters in SICS so that the scientists can focus on the science.

To provide such excellent service to SICS scientific staff that we are

(a)    Sought after - We’re the first ones they turn to when they need help

(b)   Respected and trusted – They don’t resent us when we tell them No & why not (very nicely)

(c)    Celebrated - They brag about us to their peers in other research institutes
